Passive House Construction (PHC) was founded in 2019 by Dmitry Baskin, a seasoned builder and project manager with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Driven by a passion for innovation and sustainability, Dmitry launched PHC with a clear mission: to raise the standard of residential construction by building homes that are not only beautiful and comfortable but also designed for the challenges of today’s climate.
Collaborating with a talented network of architects, engineers, and skilled craftsmen, Baskin has pioneered a new approach to homebuilding—one that prioritizes energy performance, indoor comfort, and timeless design. His diverse background includes work on urban high-rise developments, government infrastructure, and now, cutting-edge Passive House communities.
Dmitry holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development from MIT and an MBA from the University of Miami, equipping him with a deep understanding of both the technical and market-driven aspects of modern construction. His academic foundation and hands-on experience empower him to think outside the box and deliver homes that go beyond the status quo.
